01 / The project
To overhaul the on-page SEO across the website for Doosan Power Systems and Doosan Babcock, which had never been done. I also worked on Doosan Škoda Power, the group’s steam turbine business in the Czech Republic. The websites were newly launched, with next to no SEO on them beforehand. They were launched before any SEO had been done, so all of it was retrospective and after launch, which is never ideal.
Extensive organic keyword research by function and service for each of the three organisations, which operated very differently from one another.
Six months on, organic traffic was up 42% for Doosan Babcock, 30% for Doosan Power Systems and 25% for Doosan Škoda Power.

Doosan Power Systems has since been disbanded, with its UK holding company dissolved in August 2022. Its flagship UK engineering arm, Doosan Babcock, was sold to the Altrad Group in September 2022 and renamed Altrad Babcock. No longer owned by Doosan, it remains a major engineering and maintenance business in the UK energy infrastructure landscape. Doosan Škoda Power is still trading from Pilsen and is now listed on the Prague Stock Exchange.
